Early Career Practitioners
Early Career Registration is available for attendees with under 5 years ultrasound practice. As an early career practitioner, you will receive a 5% discount off full registration rate.
Students
To register as a student, you must be studying full time, and enrolled in a tertiary institution at the time of registration. You will need to provide proof of enrolment.

Social Functions
When registering, you are able to purchase tickets to the ASUM25 Gala Dinner. You are also welcome to bring guests. The ticket price is NZ$100.
If attendance at the Welcome Function is not included in your registration (e.g. you are not attending the conference on Friday), you will be able to purchase a ticket for NZ$70.
If you are attending the Welcome Function, you can also purchase a guest ticket for NZ$70.
If you have registered and have not purchased tickets, but would like to purchase a ticket, or add extra people to your existing purchase, please get in touch with us by emailing asum@theconferencecompany.com.
Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 11 August 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations made after 11 August 2025 are non-refundable.
