Submission Guidelines
We welcome your submission but before commencing the submission process, please note:
- Online submission is the only method of abstract submission. Abstracts must be
submitted via the ASUM25 abstract submission portal.
- Whilst you can return to your submission at any time (before the submission deadline
ends), once you are finished with entering all the details, please ensure you proceed to the
end to complete your submission. Only submitted abstracts will be reviewed.
- Please note the title must not be written in all caps, but in sentence case only, and using
the abstract template provided.
- Abstracts submitted for presentation will be published in the ASUM25 conference app
exactly as received and should be checked for spelling and grammar prior to submission.
- It is the responsibility of the presenter / author to ensure that the abstract is submitted
correctly. An automatic acknowledgment email will be sent once your abstract submission
is complete.
- Abstracts are anonymously reviewed by the Scientific Committee and scored. Accepted
abstracts are allocated on merit to conference sessions.
- You will receive a separate email confirmation for each submission that you make.
- Where there is more than one presenter all correspondence will be sent to the person who
submitted the abstract. It is the submitting author’s responsibility to ensure that all emails
to do with the abstract are passed on to the presenting author, and any other relevant
parties.
- Every effort will be made to accommodate the presenter / author presentation type
preference, however the Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate the
presentation to best suit the program.
- The invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel,
accommodation or registration costs associated with the conference. Similarly, no
presenter fee is paid to successful presenters.
- All accepted abstract presenters will be required to register for a minimum of one of the
conference by 8 August 2025, or the presentation will be removed from the final program.
