Registration is now open to the World Potato Congress 2024. Be sure to register early to benefit from the discount Early-bird registration which will close 15 April 2024.
If you would like to register a group of 10 or more people please email wpc@theconferencecompany.com so that we can provide you with an alternative method to register the group.
ENTRY INTO AUSTRALIA
Unless you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, you will need a visa to enter Australia. All other passport holders must apply for a visa before leaving home. Visit immi.homeaffairs.gov.au for more information. We are not able to issue invitation letters to anyone who is not registered to attend the World Potato Congress 2024. You may request the invitation letter during the registration process. You will be required to enter your passport details on the registration form.
All prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

(includes morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea for the two congress days, attendance at the Sunday evening Welcome Reception, Monday evening Networking Function, and Tuesday evening Congress Dinner)

Partner Program
If your partner/spouse/significant other is travelling with you to Adelaide, we welcome them to join our partner program. For details on the tours, click here.
Please note that Partner Program registration does not include attendance at the Congress sessions or catering at the Congress venue.

Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Congress.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 1 April 2024 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after 1 April 2024 are non-refundable.
- Up until 20 May 2024, cancellations of tours associated with the Congress will afford a full refund. Cancellations after this date will incur a penalty fee of 50% of the full tour price.
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the Congress you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Congress, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Congress.
