8:30am Opening Address of Congress
10:00am Depart Adelaide Convention Centre
11:00am Arrive Seppeltsfield Estate, tour and tasting:

  • Visit the famous Centennital Wine Cellar
  • Discover 140+ years of wine and winemaking history
  • Enjoy a taste of the 100 year-old Para Vintage Tawny

Other attractions include:

  • Jam Factory at Seppeltsfield, which is a gallery & studio for amazing artisan designers, including beautiful glassware, jewellery, ceramics, also available for purchase
  • Dragan Fine Art Gallery – stunning photography gallery of the local area
  • Vasse Virgin – extra virgin olive oil all natural hand made skin and body products

12:00pm Barossa Style Luncheon in Seppeltsfield Dining Hall
2:30pm Depart Seppeltsfield
2:45pm Arrive Tanunda, village walk in Murray Street and visit to Corroboree Dream Art (an Aboriginal Art Gallery) and surrounding retail businesses eg Ironstone Cottage, SAGE Living and Homewares. Tasting of an Australian Culinary Surprise! 
4:00pm Depart Barossa Valley, Arrive back in Adelaide by 5:00pm

Beautiful Adelaide - Walking Tour

8:30am Depart Adelaide Convention Centre at 8.30am and walk (1.6km) to Adelaide Central Market
9:00-11.15am Adelaide Central Market (Flamboyance Tours guided experience with tastings) 
11:30am Depart Adelaide Central Market to walk to Elder Park (1.4 km)
12:00pm midday Popeye Cruise one way (20 mins) on River Torrens to Adelaide Zoo
12.30pm Arrive at Adelaide Zoo and greeted by Adelaide Zoo staff member
60 min guided tour with Zoo staff past key animal habitats including Giraffe, Dingo, Wombat, Kangaroos, Pandas, Tigers, Primates.  Zoo keepers will assist with additional visibility of the animals. Focus on Australian fauna.
1.30pm Finish tour at Fig Tree Café, where guests can redeem their vouchers
Afternoon free to wander Adelaide Zoo. (Closes at 5.00pm)
Make own way back to hotel (20 min walk from Adelaide Zoo to Adelaide Convention Centre) OR take the Popeye Cruise back (20 mins) to prepare for Gala Dinner.

2KW – a roof top bar/restaurant that has an amazing view over Adelaide Oval and the surrounding areas of the city

Adelaide Oval – if you are feeling adventurous then why not try the Roof Climb Adelaide Oval? Otherwise, there are other Stadium tours that are available, including group tours (best to book beforehand)

North Terrace – visit the Art Gallery, Museum or Library
