Registration Fees

Registration fees include:

• Access to Symposium sessions
  
• Access to exhibition
• Name badge and symposium materials 
• Morning tea, lunch, afternoon teas, as per symposium program
• Ticket to the Friday evening Welcome BBQ

Terms & Conditions

Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Symposium.

Full payment for Earlybird fees must be received by 12 November, or fees will increase to the standard rate.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.

If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.

If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 5 February 2025. Cancellations made after 5 February 2025 are non-refundable.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

By registering for the Symposium you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Symposium which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Symposium.
