Every effort will be made to ensure delegates with special needs are catered for. Should you require any specific assistance or catering please give details required on your registration form.
Dress
Dress for the Symposium is smart casual.
Name Badges
Name badges will be given to all delegates on registration. We ask that you wear your badge at all times, including social functions. Entry tickets will be given for all social and optional events.
Accessibility and Parking
Mantra Lorne has special access rooms which have walk-in or accessible showers and no stair access.
There is complimentary parking for all guests as well as disabled parking.
Entry to Australia
Unless you are an Australian or New Zealand citizen, you will need a visa to enter Australia. All other passport holders must apply for a visa before leaving home. Visit immi.homeaffairs.gov.au for more information.
Public Transport to Lorne
If you are wanting to take public transport to Lorne, there is a Vline train that runs from Melbourne to Geelong. Trains depart from Southern Cross Station and there is a train at least every hour, and takes just under an hour. From Geelong train station you can take a bus to Lorne.

Insurance
It is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Climate
Lorne's climate is temperate but quite variable. March temperatures range from 14-22°C with some rain possible.
Time
Melbourne is +10 hours ahead of GMT in March.
