MAKING A RESERVATION 
Bookings should be made on the registration form by 26 January 2026. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. 

The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions and cancellation policies.

CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION 
Please advise The Conference Company of any change to a reservation rather than contacting the hotel direct.

EARLY ACCESS 
If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

Horizon Hotel is a 5 star hotel that is part of the Sky City Complex.  It offers direct, undercover access into the New Zealand Convention Centre. The hotel has a fitness centre and parking options available via an underground porte cochère via the SkyCity Nelson St carpark for vehicle  access to the hotel. There are a wide range of restaurant and bar options in the Sky City Complex and  guests are invited to enjoy a buffet breakfast served from The Grill restaurant located on H1 of the hotel.

Room rates:

Breakfast:
The Grill restaurant at Horizon $45 per person per day.
Opens 6.30am (Mon-Fri) and 7am (Sat-Sun)

Parking:
On-site parking - $35 per one entry and exit per day. Please validate your parking ticket at hotel reception prior to exit.
Valet parking is $60.00 per day unlimited access.
