• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
• All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
• The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
  • Summit delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)      
  • Organisers of future APHRS events
• By registering for APHRS26 you are confirming consent for any video and photographs of you taken at the event to be used by APHRS26 in the promotion of the APHRS26 unless you opt out of this on the registration form.
• By registering for the Summit, you are consenting for your data to be captured and used as per the “Data Processing Consent Policy”. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this please contact us at aphrssummit2026@theconferencecompany.com.

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your registration prior to Monday 12 January 2026 (midnight), you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50.
• If you cancel your registration after Monday 12 January 2026 (12.01am), your registration fee will be non-refundable.
• Your registration can be transferred to another person.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Summit 2026, the summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

The information presented at the Summit is solely intended for healthcare professionals.

You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest information in the healthcare field You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.

Although APHRS26 strives to present only current and accurate information at its Summit, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness. Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the Summit.

Legal Claim 

This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Programme 

APHRS26 reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only. 

Accommodation Terms and Conditions (if applicable)

• Prices are in NZ dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 15%
• A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below
• Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Summit dates only and are room only unless specified
• Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed
• You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in
• Please be advised the hotel may apply a surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.

Horizon by SkyCity

• To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee for the full stay is required. The credit card details provided via the online booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only.  Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
• If you cancel your booking between 26 January 2026 and 19 February 2026 you will be charged one night's accommodation fee.
• If you cancel your booking on or after 19 February 2026, or fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form.
• Any incidental expenses or additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
• Check-in time: From 3PM. Check-out time: By 11AM.
