What are the registration fees? 

The fees are available to view on the registration page. 

Where do I collect my badge at the venue? 

Please collect your name badge from the Registration Desk located in the foyer on the 4th floor. The desk will be open from 0800hrs to 1700hrs. 

Is the networking function included in my registration? 

The networking function is included in the in-person registration. 

How can I reserve a hotel room and what rates are available? 

We are pleased to advise we have secured a number of accommodation options at delegate rates available to Conference attendees. You can book accommodation here

Can I register onsite? 

Unfortunately due to limited in-person spaces only virtual registrations are accepted on the day 

I want to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund? 

All cancellations must be received in writing so please email las@theconferencecompany.com. Cancellation notice received prior to 9 April 2024 will be eligible for a refund, less a NZ$50 administration fee. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable, however, you are able to transfer your registration to another person. 

I only want to attend one session, can I get a session pass? 

Individuals wanting to attend one session must register for a full registration. Unregistered attendees will not be allowed access  

What services are available for special needs and requests? 

We encourage persons with disabilities to participate in the programme and social events. Please contact las@theconferencecompany.com to request services or other accommodations for any special needs or note these on your registration form. If you have dietary preferences, please be sure to describe those on the space provided on the registration form when you register. 

Is there anywhere to store my luggage at the venue? 

Anyone who wishes to store their luggage can do so at the Rydges Reception Desk.

Onsite Parking

Rydges Lakeland Resort has onsite car parking spaces available at a cost of $15.00 per night, subject to availability. In addition, there is unrestricted parking on the street directly in front and behind the Rydges Lakeland Resort.
