Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration on or prior to 19 August 2026 (11:59pm NZST) you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150
• Cancellations made after 19 August 2025 (12:00am 20 August NZST) are non-refundable.
• Your registration can be transferred to another person.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the ICP, the International Confederation of Principals’ Convention 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

• If you wish to bring a guest to the Convention Dinner, you can purchase an additional ticket below. 
• The School Visits are initially an expression of interest. Please indicate if you'd be interested in attending or not.

School visits are arranged in pairs of schools, located close together. Delegates will visit BOTH schools in the pair. We encourage delegates to visit the schools' websites to find out more about them, in order to make your selection. Please visit our website for more information.
