I acknowledge and agree that should I undertake any activity outside the official programme of the International Convention of Principals, including but not limited to:

• Travel to and from the convention not organised by the Convention Organisers 
• Accommodation arrangements not organised by the Convention Organisers
• Pre-conference or post-conference activities not organised as part of the official Convention programme
• Any recreational, social, or other activities not included in the official programme.

I assume full responsibility and liability for my actions, decisions, and participation in such activities. I understand that no responsibility or liability shall rest with the New Zealand Principals Federation as hosts of the International Convention of Principals, the Convention Committee, or their respective officers, employees, agents, or representatives for any injury, loss, damage, accident, or other harm that may occur. I further acknowledge that:
• I participate in any such activities entirely at my own risk and expense • The New Zealand Principals Federation and Convention Organisers have no obligation to provide assistance with activities outside the official programme
• I am solely responsible for ensuring I have adequate personal insurance coverage (including but not limited to travel, medical, and liability insurance) for all activities undertaken outside the official programme
• I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the New Zealand Principals Federation and Convention Organisers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from my participation in activities outside the official convention programme.
