  • Earlybird registration closes on 29 May 2026. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Convention.

Cancellation policy: 

  • If you cancel your registration on or prior to 19 August 2026 (11:59pm NZST) you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150
  • Cancellations made after 19 August 2025 (12:00am 20 August NZST) are non-refundable.
  • Your registration can be transferred to another person.
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the ICP, the International Confederation of Principals’ Convention 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
