Tracy Brown a DairyNZ Director and Shareholder/Director of Tiroroa Farms Ltd a 680 cow dairy farm near Matamata in the Waikato, began her career as an agricultural economist in the sheep and beef sector.  A multi environmental award winner, she has been leading environmental change for dairy for over a decade. Past Chair of the DairyNZ Dairy Environment Leaders Forum and Ballance Farm Environment Awards Alumni, Tracy has also been a member of the Essential Freshwater Independent Advisory Panel appointed by Cabinet and the Dairy Environment Leadership Group (DELG) which oversaw the Water Accord. Recently she has been appointed by Cabinet to NAWAC. Tracy took part in the AWDT ‘Escalator’ Programme in 2015, is a past Kellogg Scholar and a Nuffield Scholar.
