Tracey Hickman holds a Master’s Degree (Hons) in natural resource management. She has worked in the energy industry for over 25 years, commencing her career in the area of environmental management but spending most of her career to date in various roles related to electricity generation (including safety wellbeing, asset management, operations and maintenance, environmental management and Iwi and stakeholder relations). Prior to moving into Retail related roles, Tracey held the position of EGM, Generation and Wholesale which included all aspects of Genesis’ generation and thermal fuels portfolio and wholesale trading activity. In August 2019, Tracey stepped into the role of EGM, Retail Operations at Genesis with responsibility for the company’s customer service and operations, the LPG distribution operation across NZ and technology operations for the company.
