Daniel Minhinnick is a partner at Russell McVeagh where he is the National Practice Group Chair for the Environment, Planning and Natural Resources team.  Daniel is an experienced resource management lawyer, having been involved in numerous major projects, policy and planning processes, and in cutting-edge litigation, including being involved in NZ King Salmon.  Daniel has been involved in advising and preparing submission for a wide range of clients on the new resource management system.  Daniel is also a member of the New Zealand Law Society's Environmental Law Committee.
