What are the registration fees?

The fees are available to view on the registration page.

Where do I collect my badge at the venue?

On the day all delegates will need to enter NZICC via the main door and proceed to the registration desk on level 5 of the venue to collect your badge. The desk will be open from 0900hrs to 1800hrs.

Is the Dinner included in my registration?

The dinner is included in the full registration tickets. Guest tickets can also be purchased.

How can I reserve a hotel room and what rates are available?

We are pleased to advise we have secured delegate rates for Conference attendees at the Horizon Hotel and you can book here.

I want to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?

All cancellations must be received in writing so please email aphrssummit2026@theconferencecompany.com. Cancellation notice received prior to 12 January 2026, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $50. Cancellations made after 12 January 2026 are non-refundable. If for reasons beyond the control of the Asia Pacific Heart Rhythm Society Summit 2026, the summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

I only want to attend one session, can I get a session pass?

Individuals wanting to attend one session must register for a day/full registration. Unregistered attendees will not be allowed access.

What services are available for special needs and requests?

We encourage persons with disabilities to participate in the programme and social events.
