Full Registration Fee includes:
- Access to all conference sessions Friday 2 - Sunday 4 August

* Society Membership
In order to register at the member rates offered, you must be a current financial member of AMA. If you are not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced registration fees as well as Society benefits, please contact AMA for more information on the membership criteria and cost.
** Doctor in Training/Student Registration
To qualify for the Doctor in Training/Student rate, you must provide evidence that you are a Doctor in Training or a Student at the time of the Conference.
Terms & Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the AMA24 Conference.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.
Cancellations:
- Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.
- If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less a cancellation fee of $150 will be made providing notification is received prior to 3 June 2024. Cancellations made between 3 June 2024 and 3 July 2024 will receive a 50% refund less a cancellation fee of $150. Cancellations made after 3 July 2024 will not be eligible for any refunds.
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the Conference you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Conference which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Conference.
