Accommodation

Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. Special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified. Bookings are available via the registration form.

Please note the special rates displayed on this website are only guaranteed for Conference delegates. 

Making a reservation

Bookings should be made via the online registration form by Wednesday, 26 June 2024. After this date, no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. Credit card details are required in the online registration form to secure the booking. These details will either be used as a guarantee and full payment will be required at the hotel on check-in. Changing your reservation

Cancelling your reservation

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.
