Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration prior to 10 August 2026 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of A$150.  Cancellations made after 10 August 2026 are non-refundable
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

• Day Registration does not include social function tickets; these need to be purchased separately.
