Among a host of national leading speakers we have the following highlights: Professor Eloi Marijon is an electrophysiologist from the European Georges Pompidou Hospital in Paris who heads the Lancet Commission to reduce the global burden of sudden cardiac death as well as author of the 2022 European guidelines on the prevention of sudden cardiac death. Professor Michael Papadakis is a cardiologist at St George's, University of London and President of the European Association of Preventive Cardiology. Rob de Castella AO,MBE is an Australian sporting legend and Australian marathon record holder (2:07:51) who has directed his skills and passion to running the Indigenous Marathon Foundation that harnesses lessons from sport to create tomorrow’s leaders.
