Cancellation policy: 

• Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. Tel: +64 9 360 1240 Email: nzpf@theconferencecompany.com
• If you cancel your registration on or prior to 11 August 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $115. Cancellations made after 11 August 2025 are non-refundable.  
• In the event that you are unable to attend the conference due to Covid-19 related restrictions affecting travel from your region or the conference is cancelled due to Covid-19 restrictions you will receive a refund less $115 to assist NZPF cover expenses already incurred.

• Please note that a ticket to the Meet and Greet Function is included in the cost of your registration. Please indicate if you will be attending below.
• If you wish to bring a guest to the Meet and Greet Function, you can purchase an additional ticket below.
• Tickets to the Conference Dinner can be purchased below.
• All prices are GST exclusive. 

•  Please select the activity you would like to participate in from the options below. If you do not wish to participate in an activity we ask that you select that option at the top of the list.
• Please note that minimum numbers do apply for certain activities. If an activity is unable to run you will be notified in advance of the conference and asked to select from the other, available options.

Requesting a Booking: If you would like to request a booking, please contact your chosen hotel directly via the phone number listed above and state New Zealand Principals’ Federation Conference 2025 as a reference when making your booking.

Room Rates: Please note that the room rates listed on the New Zealand Principals’ Federation Conference 2025 website may no longer be available and the rates provided by the hotel will be quoted as their best available rate.
