Earlybird registration closes on 1 December 2026. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply
Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Symposium

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration prior to 1 December 2026 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of A$100. Cancellations made after 1 December 2026 are non-refundable
If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
