Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Symposium.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 1 December 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AU$100. Cancellations made after 1 December 2026 are non-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome.
- The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Symposium delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
- Organisers of International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Society events
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the symposium, you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the symposium, in which you may appear, to be used by the International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Society in promotion of the Symposium.
- By registering for the symposium, you are consenting for your data to be captured and used as per the “Data Processing Consent Policy”. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this, please contact us at inmis@theconferencecompany.com
- Acceptance of delegate bookings will be subject to International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Society approval. The International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Society reserves the right to decline bookings based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold its objectives; or directly competes with International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Society, partners and/or sponsors.
Information Presented at the Symposium
The information presented at the Symposium is solely intended for healthcare professionals.
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to explore the latest industry trends and business opportunities.
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Although the client strives to present only current and accurate information at its conference, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the International Neonatal and Maternal Immunization Symposium.
Legal Claim
This agreement is subject to the laws of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
Program
The client reserves the rights to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.
Insurance
If you are travelling to the Symposium, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions (if applicable)
- Prices are in AU dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 10%
- A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below
- Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Symposium dates only and are room only unless specified
- Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed
- You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in
Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide
- To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee for the full stay is required. The credit card details provided via the online booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel. Please note, the hotel will charge the full amount to this card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- If you cancel your booking between 11 January and 25 January 2027 a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation will be charged. If you cancel your booking on or after 25 January 2027, or fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Any incidental expenses or additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
- On check-in, guests may be asked to present a security deposit (per room), which is held until check out. This deposit can be processed onto a credit card, where it may be held as a preauthorization for up to 30 days after checking out, or in cash which can be returned upon check out, minus any additional charges incurred.
- Check-in time: From 2PM. Check-out time: By 11AM.
Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre
- To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee for the full stay is required. The credit card details provided via the online booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel. Please note, the hotel will charge the full amount to this card 30 days prior to your arrival.
- If you cancel your booking on or after 11 January 2027, or fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Any incidental expenses or additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
- On check-in, guests may be asked to present a security deposit (per room), which is held until check out. This deposit can be processed onto a credit card, where it may be held as a preauthorization for up to 30 days after checking out, or in cash which can be returned upon check out, minus any additional charges incurred.
