REGISTRATION AND ATTENDANCE

What are the registration fees?

The fees are available to view on the registration page.

Where do I collect my badge at the venue?

On the day, arrive at New Zealand International Convention Centre from either entrance, 101 Hobson Street/83 Wellesley Street West. Head to Level 5 and you will be guided to Rooms 515-516 where you will receive an attendee badge.

The desk will be open from 0800hrs to 1700hrs.

Is the networking function included in my registration?

The networking function is included in the in-person registration.

How can I reserve a hotel room and what rates are available?

We are pleased to advise we have secured delegate rates for Symposium attendees at a nearby Hotel. Booking links found here.

Can I register onsite?

Unfortunately due to limited in-person spaces and venue security requirements, only virtual registrations are accepted after 16 April 2026.

I want to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?

All cancellations must be received in writing so please email InfrastructureEvent@theconferencecompany.com. Cancellation notice received prior to 22 March 2026 will be eligible for a refund, less a NZ$50 administration fee for in-person registration and NZ$35 for virtual registration. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable, however, you are able to transfer your registration to another person (in-person transfers must be complete before 16 April 2026).

I only want to attend one session. Can I get a session pass?

Individuals wanting to attend one session must register for a full registration. Unregistered attendees will not be allowed access.

What services are available for special needs and requests?

We encourage persons with disabilities to participate in the programme and social events. 

Please contact InfrastructureEvent@theconferencecompany.com to request services or other accommodations for any special needs or note these on your registration form. If you have dietary preferences, please describe those in the space provided on the registration form when you register.

Car Parking

NZICC offers car parking, with direct lift access from each level to the venue. Levels B1 and B2 feature 20 electric vehicle charge points, and level B1 has 28 accessibility spaces. Read more about NZICC parking here.
