Making a Reservation
Special rates have been negotiated for attendees of the Looking Ahead Infrastructure Symposium. To access these rates please follow the following instructions:
To book directly with Sky City Hotel or Horizon Hotel and access the discounted rates arranged for conference delegates, please click on the respective booking links below.
Once you select your dates, click continue when the rates come up and the special offer rates for the LAS26 conference will display for you to select. The discount is available for stays between 20th and the 22nd of April 2026. Please note that this is a direct booking with the hotel. We recommend reading their terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. All accommodation confirmations will be issued by the hotel, and any amendments or cancellations must be arranged with them directly.

Hotels
Horizon Hotel is a 5 star hotel located in the Sky City Complex. It offers direct, undercover access into the New Zealand International Convention Centre. The hotel has a fitness centre and parking options available via an underground porte cochère via the SkyCity Nelson St carpark for vehicle access to the hotel. There are a wide range of restaurant and bar options in the Sky City Complex and guests are invited to enjoy a buffet breakfast served from The Grill restaurant located on H1 of the hotel.
Sky City Hotel is a 4.5-star hotel that is part of the Sky City Complex. It offers direct, undercover access into the New Zealand International Convention Centre. The pool, spa and sauna at The Grand by Sky City can be used and there are parking options available. There are a wide range of restaurant and bar options in the Sky City complex and guests are invited to enjoy a buffet breakfast served from The Terrace restaurant located on the 7th floor of The Grand by Sky City hotel.
