Award details

A maximum of 10 Travelling Fellowships will be awarded at the value of A$1500 each. 

Eligibility

• Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, Māori or Pacific People who are registered to attend the CSANZ 4th Indigenous Cardiovascular Health Conference 2025.
  
  
• Active cardiovascular researchers or those working or studying in a clinical area of cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Indigenous primary care services, relevant Allied Health service provision, or working in an area where there is a large caseload of patients with cardiac conditions. 

Note - Applicants are not required to have an abstract accepted for presentation at the Conference.

Selection Criteria:

1. Clinical areas of work or study.
2. How attending the Conference will benefit their clinical practice and/or research.
3. How attending the Conference will add to the applicant’s knowledge base and/or career.
4. How will attendance impact on the work that you do with Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander, Māori and/or Pacific people.
Applications will be assessed by the Conference Executive.
