  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%. 
  • Earlybird registration closes on 15 January 2025. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
  • Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Symposium.

Cancellation policy: 

  • If you cancel your registration prior to 7 February 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.  
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Symposium is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
