Block bookings have been made at select hotels close to the venue, the Energy Events Centre. Special rates have been negotiated. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
MAKING A RESERVATION
Bookings should be made through the registration form by Monday 6 August 2024. After that date no guarantee can be made that rooms will be available. To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking.
The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified in the terms, conditions, and cancellation policies.
