*To be eligible for a student registration, you must be a full-time student enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the Conference. Student registration includes access to all sessions, tea breaks, lunches, the Welcome Function and Conference documentation, it does not include tickets for the Gala Dinner.

**To be eligible for a member rate, you must be a current financial member of HSANZ, ANZSBT, or THANZ. If you are not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced registration fees as well as Society benefits, please contact the Societies for more information on the membership criteria and cost.

Situated at the edge of the i-village compound, Swiss-Belsuites apartments are next to restaurants and bars. Budget and Avis rent-a-car share the same parking spaces. Les Mills gym is a 2-minute walk away, and there is a salon and convenience store next door. The hotel amenities are a bar, 24-hour front desk, a laundry and free wi-fi. Parking is available with additional charges.

Horizon Hotel is a 5-star hotel that is part of the Sky City Complex. It offers a 1-minute direct, undercover access into the New Zealand International Convention Centre.
