Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
- All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 10 September 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$100. Cancellations made after 10 September 2026 are non-refundable.
- The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you).
- Organisers of future Blood events
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the Conference, you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Conference, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Conference.
- By registering for the Conference, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.
Information Presented at the Conference
The information presented at the Conference is solely intended for Health Care Professionals.
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements.
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Although Blood 2026 strives to present only current and accurate information at its Conference, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

Legal Claim
This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
Program
Blood 2026 reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.
Insurance
If you are travelling to the Conference, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Abstract Publication
Accepted Abstracts will be included in a Blood Abstract Supplement, shared with attendees and publicly available via the Blood website.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions
- Prices are in NZ dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 15%.
- A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.
- Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only.
- Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If they do not wish to use their credit card, then alternatively they can pay a deposit on check in.
Auckland City Hotel
- Individual Bookings:
- A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Monday 14th September 2026 to charge the full payment for your accommodation. The hotel will charge the card on or after Wednesday 16th September 2026. If you make your booking after Wednesday 16th September 2026, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.
- If you cancel your booking on or after Monday 14th September 2026, you will be charged a one night cancellation fee. If you cancel your booking on or after Tuesday 6 October 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
- Group Bookings:
- Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Monday 14th September 2026. The hotel will charge the card on or after Wednesday 16th September 2026. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If the group is cancelled between Friday 14 August 2026 and Monday 14th September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
- If the whole group is cancelled on or after Monday 14th September 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.
- If an individual within the group cancels their booking on Monday 14th September 2026 or fails to check in on the arrival date specified, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
- You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 2% surcharge to all credit card payments. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
- Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 10AM.
Edit Auckland Central (previously President Hotel)
- Individual Bookings:

- If you cancel your booking on or after Monday 14th September 2026, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. If you cancel your booking on or after Tuesday 6 October or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form.
- Group Bookings:
- Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only on Monday 14th September 2026. - If the group is cancelled between Friday 14 August 2026 and Monday 14th September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.

- If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after Monday 14th September 2026 or fails to check in on the arrival date specified, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form.
- All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 1.8% surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
