General Information:

• All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%. 
• Full payment for registration fees must be received to secure your place at the Conference.

• Visa information is available at https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/.
• To be eligible for a Trainee registration, you must be a full-time student enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the Conference. 
• To be eligible for a member rate, you must be a current financial member of APS or ISPP. If you are not currently a member but would like to join to take advantage of the reduced registration fees as well as Society benefits, please contact the Societies for more information on the membership criteria and cost.

Registration Deadlines:

• Earlybird registration closes on 29 January 2027. If payment has not been received by this date then standard rates will apply. 
• Standard registration is open between 30 January 2027 and 5 April 2027.  If payment has not been received by this date then last minute rates will apply. 

Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration on or prior to 29 January 2027 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD$25. If you cancel your registration between 30 January 2027 and 30 March 2027 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD150. Cancellations made after 1 April 2027 are non-refundable.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
