Pricing and payment: 

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10% and are subject to current exchange rates and any applicable card or bank fees at the time of the transaction. 
• Earlybird registration closes on 19 August 2026. If payment is not received by this date, standard rates will apply. 
• Full payment must be received to secure your place at the meeting.

Accommodation: 

• We have secured block bookings at a selection of hotels close to the meeting venue, you will be able to find out more and book your accommodation within this registration form.

Cancellation policy: 

• If you cancel your registration prior to 11 September 2026 your fee will be refunded less a cancellation fee of AUD$100. Cancellations made after 11 September 2026 are non-refundable.
• Please ensure you are familiar with the Terms and Conditions of your registration.

Member Registration rates are available for ANZSOM, ANZSOM NZ, and AFOEM Members.

ANZSOM is pleased to offer full-time University Undergraduate students a discount of over 50% on full and day registrations.  To take advantage of this discount, please select the student ticket type in the registration form, individuals must currently be studying full-time at an accredited university.

Student Registrations do not include dinner, but tickets can be purchased seperately.
