Cancellation policy: 

  • If you cancel your registration prior to 31 August 2025 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable
  • In the event that your visa is declined, you will be eligible to receive a refund, less the $100 administration fees.
  • If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred
  • In-person registrations may be changed to online, receiving a refund of the difference in fees, up to 31 August 2025. Changes made after that date are non-refundable
  • Online attendees may change to In-person registrations at any point, paying the difference in applicable fees.

Sunday 12 October | 10am to 5pm

AF2025 begins with a time of Wānanga and Talanoa, of building relationships and networks and connections and a warm welcome for our international Indigenous whānau, and First Nations. More information will be sent to those indicating their interest in attending. This is a free event.

*Registrations for the Indigenous Wānanga are currently at capacity but we want to make sure we can connect and provide a meaningful discussion and networking meeting for all Indigenous registrants so please do register on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm registrations
