Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Summit.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
  • If you cancel your registration prior to Monday 14 September 2026, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$150. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
  • Technical Tours: Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any event due to insufficient numbers by Wednesday, 21 September or in the case of adverse weather conditions. In such instances, a full refund will be provided.
  • Technical Tour Flights cancelled before 20 July 2026 will receive a refund less $150, flights cancelled after 20 July 2026 will not be refundable. 
  • Technical Tour with coach only tickets cancelled before 18 September 2026 will receive a refund less $50, bus tickets cancelled after 18 September 2026 will not be refundable
  • The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants, you must give your consent. If you select 'Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants' on the registration form or by email, your details me be distributed to:
    1. Summit delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
    2. Organisers of future IDF World Dairy events
  • In the event that your visa is declined, you will be eligible to receive a refund, less the administration fees. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after a deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • By registering for the Summit you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Summit, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Summit.
  • By registering for the Summit, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the "Data Consent Policy". If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled and refunded to you, less the cancellation fee above.

Information Presented at the Summit

The information presented at the Summit is solely intended for agriculture/dairy professionals. 
 
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest information in the agriculture/dairy field 
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.  

Although the IDF World Dairy Summit strives to present only current and accurate information at its Summit, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness. 
Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and the IDF World Dairy Summit will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use.

Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the IDF World Dairy Summit 2026.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.

Programme

The Committee reserve the right to modify the programme, whish is published as an indication only.

 

Accommodation Terms and Conditions (if applicable)

  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
  • A credit card is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.
  • Rates provided for each of the hotels are room only, and are specific to the Summit dates only.
  • Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
  • Guests will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in.  If they do not wish to use their credit card, then alternatively they can pay a deposit on check in.

Horizon Hotel

  • Individual Bookings:
    • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026 to guarantee the booking. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. 
    • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. If you cancel your booking on or after Tuesday 27 October or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. 
  • Group Bookings:
    • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only on Friday 9 October 2026. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
    • If the group is cancelled between Tuesday 11 August 2026 and Thursday 10 September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
    • If the whole group is cancelled on or after Thursday 10 September 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.
    • If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after Tuesday 27 October or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. 
  • All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 1.8% surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
  • Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Hotel Grand Chancellor

  • Individual Bookings:
    • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026 to charge the full payment for your accommodation.  The hotel will charge the card on or after Monday 12 October 2026.  If you make your booking after Monday 12 October 2026, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
    • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
  • Group Bookings:
    • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026 to charge for the full stay.  The hotel will charge the card on or after Monday 12 October 2026.  Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
    • If the group is cancelled between Tuesday 11 August 2026 and Thursday 10 September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
    • If the whole group is cancelled on or after Thursday 10 September 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.
    • If an individual within the group cancels their booking on Friday 9 October 2026 or fails to check in on the arrival date specified, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
  • All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a credit card surcharge of between 1.64%-3.35% depending on the card used; payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
  • Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Quest Apartments Auckland

  • Individual Bookings:
    • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026 to guarantee the booking. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. 
    • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
  • Group Bookings:
    • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026.  Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. 
    • If the group is cancelled between Tuesday 11 August 2026 and Thursday 10 September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
    • If the whole group is cancelled on or after Thursday 10 September 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.
    • If an individual within the group cancels their booking on Friday 9 October 2026 or fails to check in on the arrival date specified, they will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.
  • You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked at the time of check in and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 4% surcharge to American Express payments and a 2% surcharge to all other credit card payments. Payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
  • Check-in time is 2PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Rydges Auckland Hotel

  • Individual Bookings:
    • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel on Friday 9 October 2026 to charge the full payment for your accommodation.  The hotel will charge the card on or after Monday 12 October 2026.  If you make your booking after Monday 12 October 2026, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
    • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay.

    • If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 9 October 2026, a cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. If you cancel your booking on or after Tuesday 27 October or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form. 
  • Group Bookings:
    • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only on Friday 9 October 2026.
