• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Summit.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%. 
• If you cancel your registration on or prior to 10 March 2026, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of AUD100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
• The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
  • Summit delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)             
  • Organisers of future Cardiac Society events
• If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• By registering for the Summit you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Summit, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Summit.
• By registering for the Summit, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Personal Data Collected” terms below. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.

We ask for your personal data to facilitate your participation in this event. Your data will be used solely for this event and under no circumstances be sold or used for other purposes.
Your personal data will be automatically anonymised 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

The information presented at the Summit is solely intended for Health Care Professionals. 

You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements. 

You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand. 

Although the Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand strives to present only current and accurate information at its Summit, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the Advances in Pacing and conduction System Pacing Summit.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Program

The Cardiac Society of Australia and New Zealand reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. 

Recordings 

The CSANZ plans to record the selected Summit sessions, which will be made available after the Summit to registrants. 

Insurance

If you are travelling to the Summit, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.

Photography

Photographic and video footage will be taken during the Summit. By registering, you acknowledge that photographs and/or videos may be taken of you and other attendees at any time during the  Summit and may be used in media, including websites and print publications. If you do not consent please advise this in the comments section when registering or contact pcspsummit@theconferencecompany.com so your file can be updated. 

Accommodation Terms and Conditions (if applicable)

• Prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 10%. 
• A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.
• Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Summit dates only.  
• If you have booked at the Crowne Plaza or Quest Docklands, please ensure you have read their individual terms and conditions when you make your booking directly on their website.

1 Hotel

• A credit card guarantee for is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge for your full stay the full payment for your accommodation on or after 13 April 2026. If you make your booking on or after 13 April 2026, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
• If you cancel your booking on or after 10 April 2026, or fail to check-in on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form.
• Any incidental expenses or additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled directly with the hotel upon departure.
• Check-in time: From 3pm. Check-out time: By 11am.
