Registration Terms and Conditions

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the New Zealand–India Business, Sport & Innovation Summit.
• All registration prices are in New Zealand dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
• Payment can be made online via credit card at the moment of registration. An invoice showing the total fee including GST will be sent to you automatically after payment.
• The Earlybird Registration deadline is Wednesday 21 October 2026 (5:00pm NZDT)
• The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
  • Summit delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
  • Organisers of future Tātaki Auckland Unlimited events
• By registering for the New Zealand–India Business, Sport & Innovation Summit you are confirming consent for any video and photographs of you taken at the event to be used by Tātaki Auckland Unlimited in the promotion of the Summit unless you opt out of this on the registration form.
• By registering for the Summit, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee below.
• Cancellation Policy:
  • Tickets are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details.
  • If for reasons beyond the control of Tātaki Auckland Unlimited, the New Zealand–India Business, Sport & Innovation Summit is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.

Information Presented at the Summit

You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for informational and educational and informational purposes only.

Although Tātaki Auckland Unlimited strives to present only current and accurate information at its Summit, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.

Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and Tātaki Auckland Unlimited will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use.

Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the Summit.

Legal Claim 

This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Programme 

Tātaki Auckland Unlimited reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only. 

Insurance

If you are travelling to the Summit, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
