Registration Terms and Conditions – MOGA ASM 2026

Registration and Payment
- Full payment of registration fees is required before the Meeting.
- All fees are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Before 1 July 2026: Refunds will be issued minus a $250 cancellation fee.
- After 1 July 2026: No refunds will be made.
- Registrations under $250 are non-refundable.
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to moga@theconferencecompany.com
- Registrations may be reassigned by contacting moga@theconferencecompany.com
- If the Meeting is cancelled for reasons beyond the organiser’s control, refunds will be issued minus incurred expenses.
- By registering for the Meeting, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.
Privacy
The Privacy Act 1988 provides that before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Meeting delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
- Organisers of future Medical Oncology Group of Australia events
Photography and Media
- The Meeting is held in a public space. Photographs and video recordings may be taken and used by MOGA for promotional purposes.
- By registering, you consent to the use of your image and likeness in future marketing materials.
Program and Content
- The Meeting program is subject to change.
- Content is intended for healthcare professionals and provided for educational purposes only.
- MOGA does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information presented and accepts no liability for its use.
Delegates Conduct
- All delegates must act professionally and respectfully, free from discrimination, harassment, or retaliation, to maintain a collegial environment.
Health and Safety
- All Delegates must comply with all health and safety requirements at Meeting venues and report any incidents or concerns promptly.
Insurance
- Attendees are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance for the duration of their visit.
Accommodation (if applicable)
- Accommodation rates include 10% GST and apply only for the Meeting dates.
- Full prepayment is required by 3 July 2026. Cancellations on or after this date are non-refundable
- Check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 11:00 am
- Credit card guarantee: Required for the full stay to secure your booking.
- Credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel for full payment on 3 July 2026.
- Bookings made after 3 July 2026 will be charged immediately.
- Cancellations or no-shows on or after 3 July 2026 are non-refundable.
- Room configurations are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Twin occupancy incurs an additional $30 fee.
- At check-in: Credit card details will be requested for pre-authorisation, or alternatively, a deposit can be paid.
- Check-out payment: Remaining balances, additional nights, and incidentals must be settled at check-out.
- Payment surcharges: The hotel may apply surcharges for credit card payments; cash or EFTPOS payments do not incur a surcharge.
Legal
- These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to Australian jurisdiction.
