I am a Diabetes Nurse Educator at the National University Hospital (NUH) in Singapore. I am committed to empowering individuals living with diabetes through comprehensive patient centered education. My work focus on insulin therapy, blood glucose self-monitoring, continuous glucose monitoring (CGM), healthy lifestyle habits, and building effective self-management skills. I have a special interest in supporting young adults with diabetes, promoting positive behavioural changes and equipping them with the skills needed for lifelong self-management. My aim is to help patients achieve optimal glycaemic control while reducing the risk of acute and long-term complications. I am passionate about inspiring people with diabetes to take ownership of their health, build confidence in managing their condition, and ultimately improve their quality of life.
