Ashley's research interests include supporting young adults with diabetes during life transitions, digital health solutions in diabetes care and peer support.

Pei-Ju Li is a diabetes educator with over 20 years of clinical experience. Her expertise includes diabetes case management, psychosocial interventions, and person-centred care for older adults with diabetes, focusing on comprehensive and holistic support in primary care settings.

Kuei-Chun Yeh is a diabetes educator specializing in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes self-management. She integrates rt-CGM and SMBG to improve glycemic control, develops diabetes education programs, supports gestational diabetes care, conducts research, presents internationally, and mentors diabetes education trainees to advance patient care and professional training.

Catherine Finneran is the Inpatient Diabetes Clinical Nurse Consultant at St Vincent’s Hospital in Sydney. She is passionate about supporting people living with diabetes to achieve their goals. Cathy coordinates education to upskill hospital staff to support safe and effective care for people with diabetes.

Dr Steven James has around two decades experience as a clinician in cardiology, emergency medicine, paediatrics and, primarily, diabetes. This has been in world-wide healthcare systems, and at non-governmental organisations. More recently, he has been a Senior Lecturer of Nursing at the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia

Wei Zhang is a Credentialled Diabetes Educator and Clinical Nurse Consultant at Westmead Hospital, leading the Diabetes in Pregnancy service. Her interests include complex diabetes management, digital health optimisation, insulin pump and CGM therapy, and advancing models of care through research and multidisciplinary collaboration.
