Dr Mervyn Kyi is an endocrinologist and clinician researcher at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and clinical lead of inpatient diabetes service at Northern Hospital. He is passionate about clinical practice and models of inpatient diabetes care.

Dr Jack Cooper is a first year advanced trainee in Endocrinology at Western Health, having completed his basic physician training in 2025 at Royal Melbourne Hospital. He has a particular interest in diabetes technology and digital health, and how emerging tools can be integrated into everyday practice to improve patient care.

Dr. Megha Bhadbhade is a first-year Endocrinology Advanced Trainee at Liverpool Hospital, Sydney. She is drawn to endocrinology for its emphasis on preventive medicine, complex physiology and longitudinal, patient-centred care. Her clinical interests include diabetes, pituitary disorders, bone health and women’s endocrinology. She is passionate about public health and quality improvement, research and medical education, and she is a conjoint lecturer with UNSW. Outside of medicine, she enjoys travel, tennis and painting.

Dr Kacie McAndrew is a first year Advanced Trainee in Endocrinology at the Gold Coast University Hospital in Queensland.

Dr Alex Lim is an Endocrinology Advanced Trainee based in Adelaide, South Australia, with dual training in General Medicine. His clinical interests include diabetes, obesity, pituitary and adrenal disorders. He is involved in clinical research and quality improvement projects, particularly in diabetes care and endocrinology, and enjoys teaching medical students and junior doctors. He looks forward to contributing to discussions and learning from colleagues at the Congress.

Dr Cate Willis is an Endocrinology and General Medicine Advanced trainee at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in WA, and is currently completing a Master of Human Nutrition at Deakin University. Her interests include women’s health, diabetes, and the role of diet and nutrition in chronic disease management and preventive health.
