Dr Cherie Choong is a first-year Endocrinology Advanced Trainee at St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne, currently undertaking clinical research with the Diabetes Technology Research Group. She is also completing a Master of Philosophy (Medicine) at The University of Melbourne, with a focus on advancing diabetes care through technology-driven innovations.

Dr Borg is an endocrinologist and PhD candidate from South Australia. He graduated from the University of Adelaide with Honours in 2018 and completed clinical training in Adelaide. Alongside clinical practice, Dr Borg leads research into the application of gut-nutrient interactions for diabetes care.

Dr Shanal Kumar is a Staff Specialist Endocrinologist at The Prince Charles Hospital (TPCH) and Royal Brisbane & Women's Hospital in Queensland. She leads the Cystic Fibrosis Endocrine Service (TPCH) providing care for CF-related endocrine and metabolic complications. Her research integrates clinical, qualitative and implementation science methodologies to refine models-of-care.
