Biography

Dr. Chih-Cheng Hsu is Executive Director of the National Center for Geriatrics and Welfare Research and Deputy Director of the Institute of Population Health Sciences at the National Health Research Institutes. He specializes in epidemiological research and health policy evaluation, with expertise in diabetes and its complications, geriatric frailty, sarcopenia, and dementia. Dr. Hsu holds an MD from National Yang-Ming University, an MPH from National Taiwan University, and a PhD from Tulane University. After completing his doctoral training, he returned to Taiwan to join NHRI.
