Registration Terms and Conditions 

  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the IAPCO EDGE Seminar 2026 Auckland.
  • All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
  • Payment can be made online or via credit card at the moment of registration. An invoice showing the total fee + GST will be sent to you automatically after payment.
  • Earlybird deadline is Saturday 31 January 2026 (2359 NZDT)
  • The Privacy Act 2020 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent.  If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to: 
    • Seminar delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
    • Organisers of future IAPCO events 
  • By registering for EDGE 2026 you are confirming consent for any video and photographs of you taken at the event to be used by IAPCO in the promotion of IAPCO unless you opt out of this on the registration form. 
  • By registering for the Seminar, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee below. 
  • Cancellation Policy: 
    • If you cancel your registration prior to 31 January 2026 (2359 NZDT), you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $150.  
    • If you cancel your registration after 31 January 2026 (2359 NZDT), your registration fee will be non-refundable. 
    • Your registration can be transferred to another person. 
    • If for reasons beyond the control of IAPCO, the EDGE Seminar 2026 is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. 

Information Presented at the Seminar

  • The information presented at the Seminar is solely intended for business events industry professionals.   
  • You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest information in the events industry.   You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.  
  • Although IAPCO strives to present only current and accurate information at its Seminar, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness. 
  • Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and IAPCO will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use.   

Participant Conduct 

  • You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.   
  • You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the Seminar. 

Legal Claim 

  • This agreement is subject to the law of New Zealand. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, New Zealand shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.  

Programme 

  • IAPCO reserve the right to modify the programme, which is published as an indication only.
