Registration Terms and Conditions
- Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Conference.
- All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
- If you cancel your registration on or prior to 10 August 2026 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after 10 August 2026 are non-refundable. Substitute delegates are welcome.
- The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ on the registration form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
- Conference delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you)
- Organisers of ECHO Australia Conference 2026
- If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the conference is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
- By registering for the conference, you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the conference, in which you may appear, to be used by The Common Good in promotion of the Conference.
- By registering for the conference, you are consenting for your data to be captured and used as per the “Data Processing Consent Policy”. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this, please contact us at echo@theconferencecompany.com
- Acceptance of delegate bookings will be subject to The Common Good’s approval. The Common Good reserves the right to decline bookings based on any association, direct or indirect, that does not uphold its objectives; or directly competes with The Common Good, partners and/or sponsors.
Information Presented at the Conference
The information presented at the Conference is solely intended for healthcare professionals.
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to explore the latest industry trends and business opportunities.
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand.
Although the client strives to present only current and accurate information at its conference, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness.
Any decisions as to how you use this information is in your sole discretion and The Common Good – An initiative of The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use.
Participant Conduct
You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.

Legal Claim
This agreement is subject to the laws of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction.
Program
The client reserves the rights to modify the program, which is published as an indication only.
Insurance
If you are travelling to the Conference, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
Accommodation Terms and Conditions (if applicable)
- Prices are in AU dollars and include Goods and Services tax of 10%
- A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below
- Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Conference dates only and are room only unless specified
- Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed
- You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in. If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in
- Please be advised the hotel may apply a surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
Novotel Sydney City Centre
- Individual Bookings:
- To secure your reservation, a credit card guarantee for the full stay is required. The credit card details provided via the online booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If you cancel your booking on or after Tuesday 15th September 2026 or fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided.
- Group Bookings:
- Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on the booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking only on Tuesday 15th September 2026. Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
- If the group is cancelled between Friday 14th August 2026 and Tuesday 15th September 2026 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
- If the whole group is cancelled on or after Tuesday 15th September 2026 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit cards provided via the online booking form.
- If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after Tuesday 15th September 2026 or fails to check in on the arrival date specified, a cancellation fee equivalent to the full stay will be charged to the credit card provided via the online booking form.
- All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a 1.4% surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
- Check-in time: From 2PM. Check-out time: By 11AM.
Fullerton Hotel

- If you have booked at the Fullerton Hotel, please note that this is a direct booking with the hotel. We recommend reviewing their terms and conditions carefully before confirming your reservation. All accommodation confirmations will be sent by the hotel, and any amendments or cancellations must be arranged with them directly.
