Registration Terms and Conditions

  • Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Congress.
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%. 
  • Early Bird registration closes 31st January 2027. If payment has not been received by this date, then standard rates will apply.
  • If you cancel your registration on or before 30 January 2027, your fee will be refunded less an admin fee of A$100.
  • If you cancel your registration between 31 January and 23 March 2027, your fee will be refunded less an admin fee of 25% of your registration rate
  • If you cancel your registration between 24 March and 20 April 2027, your fee will be refunded less an admin fee of 75% of your registration rate
  • Cancellations on or after 21 April 2027 will not be refunded. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
  • By registering for the Congress, you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Congress, in which you may appear, to be used by the Association in promotion of the Congress.
  • By registering for the Congress, you are consenting for your data to be used as per the “Data Consent Policy”. If you decide against your data being used, your registration will be cancelled less the cancellation fee above.

Information Presented at the Congress 

The information presented at the Congress is solely intended for Healthcare Professionals. 
You understand and agree that you are being provided with the information for educational and informational purposes only and that information will be provided to educate you on the latest scientific, clinical, therapeutic and educational advancements. 
You understand and agree that whilst the content is accessible worldwide, some content may be applicable to particular regions only, such as Australia and New Zealand. 

Although the Congress strives to present only current and accurate information at its Congress, you agree not to solely rely on this information or consider it to be any form of professional advice without additional independent review of its accuracy, completeness, efficacy, and timeliness. 

Any decisions about how you use this information are at your sole discretion and the Congress will not be liable for any issues that may arise from such use. 

Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at the Australian Dental Congress 2027.

Legal Claim 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Program

The Congress organisers reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. 

Recordings 

ADA plans to record the Congress; information on where these recordings will be distributed will be provided at a later date.  Note that access may be restricted to ADA Federal members only.

The Congress may be live-streamed, photographed and recorded. By registering, attendees acknowledge that photographs and videos featuring them may be captured during the Congress and used by ADA for promotional, marketing, communication and other related purposes across various media and platforms.

Insurance

If you are travelling to the Congress, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.

Important Accommodation & Travel Booking Notice

Delegates are strongly advised to exercise caution when booking accommodation, flights, transfers, or other travel services related to the Congress.

Unfortunately, fraudulent websites, fake booking agencies, and scam accommodation providers sometimes target Congress delegates by claiming to offer discounted rates or official event travel services. These organisations may falsely represent themselves as being affiliated with the Congress.

To protect yourself:

Only book accommodation through the official Congress website - https://dentalcongress.org.au/ or directly with the hotel where possible. Be cautious of unsolicited emails, phone calls, or messages offering accommodation or travel services. Verify the legitimacy of any travel agency or booking website before making payment. Do not provide credit card details or personal information to unverified third parties. Be wary of offers that appear significantly cheaper than advertised rates or require immediate payment. Check website addresses carefully to ensure they are genuine and secure.

The Conference Company and ADA do not authorise third-party companies to contact delegates regarding accommodation or travel arrangements unless specifically stated on the Congress website.

If you are unsure whether a booking website, agency, or communication is legitimate, please contact The Conference Company Ltd before making any payment.

The Conference Company and ADA accept no responsibility for bookings made through unauthorised providers or fraudulent organisations.
