Jane Hannah is a Nurse Practitioner working with the Adult Congenital Heart Disease service at Auckland City Hospital. She is co-lead of the service and facilitates the ACHD National Nursing Network. Jane also does Visiting Adult Congenital clinics throughout the country. Jane has extensive experience in Adult Cardiology and cardiothoracic also – having worked with the Heart Failure service for 10 years, as well as Intensive Care in both the private and public sectors.

Graeme is a Consultant Cardiologist Hauroa a Toi Bay of Plenty and clinical Director of the Tauranga Hospital Echocardiography department. Cardiology training was at Greenlane Hospital and ACHD Fellowship at the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Alyssa is a general cardiologist working at TWO Capital, Coast and Hutt Valley with subspecialty interest in adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) and arrhythmia management with cardiac implantable electronic devices.

Tammy works in Nelson Marlborough and SI radiology as a cardiologist with a specialist interest in cardiac imaging.

John is a general cardiologist in Christchurch with an interest in Adult Congenital Heart Disease and echocardiography.
