Registration Terms and Conditions

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to the Meeting.
• All prices are in AUD and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
• Earlybird registration closes on 19 August 2025. If payment has not been received by this date, then standard rates will apply.
• If you cancel your registration prior to 19 August 2025, you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of $100. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
• If for reasons beyond the control of the organisers, the Meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting, in which you may appear, to be used by the Societies in promotion of the Meeting.
• By registering for the Meeting, you are consenting for your data to be captured and used as per the “Data Processing Consent Policy”. If you have any queries or concerns regarding this please contact us at blood@theconferencecompany.com. 
• The Privacy Act 1988 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ in an online form or by email, your details may be distributed to:
  • Meeting delegates, sponsors and exhibitors (note that if consent is given to have your details included in the List of Participants, it is likely that sponsors may add you to their mailing lists and send promotional emails to you).
  • Organisers of future Blood events.
    
    

Participant Conduct

You will conduct yourself in a professional manner that is free from any form of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation.
You will treat all participants with respect and consideration to create a collegial, respectful, inclusive, and professional environment at Blood-ISBT 2025 in person.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Program / Social Functions

Blood-ISBT 2025 reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. 

The final numbers for social functions are confirmed with the venues 7 working days prior to the start of the meeting, registrations received after this time may not be eligible to attend the Welcome Function or Gala Dinner depending on availability.

Accommodation Terms and Conditions

• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
• Rates provided for each of the hotels are specific to the Meeting dates only.  
• Room configurations are subject to availability. The requested configuration will be sent to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
• A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.

Adina Apartment Hotel and Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza

• Individual Bookings:
  • A credit card guarantee for one night’s deposit is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the one-night deposit for your accommodation on or after 18 September 2025. If you make your booking after 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged one night's deposit immediately. The remaining balance should be made directly with the hotel on check-in. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
  • If you cancel your booking on or after Thursday 18th September 2025, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee of all nights booked.
• Group Bookings:
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after 18th September 2025. If you make your booking on or after Thursday 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
  • If the group is cancelled between 18th August 2025 and 18th September 2025 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
  • If the group or individual within the group cancels their booking on or after 18th September 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.

• You will be asked to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check in.  If you do not wish to use your credit card then alternatively you can pay a deposit on check in.
• You will be responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked directly with the hotel on check-in.  You will be responsible for paying for any incidentals incurred during your stay directly with the hotel on check-out.
• The hotel will apply a surcharge of 1.2% to Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and American Express payments and a 2.5% to Diners  and JCB cards, payment by cash or EFTPOS will not incur a surcharge.
• Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

Ibis Perth

• Individual Bookings:
  • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after 18th September 2025. If you make your booking after 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
  • If you cancel your booking on or after 18th September 2025, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified you will be liable for all night's cancelled.
• Group Bookings:
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after 18th September 2025. If you make your booking on or after Thursday 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.

The credit card details provided will be securely transferred to the hotel to guarantee the booking.  Full payment should be made directly with the hotel on check-in.  Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 18th September 2025 and 9th October 2025 the credit card provided to secure the booking will be charged a cancellation fee of 1 nights accommodation.  If the booking is cancelled on or after 9th October 2025, or the guest fails to check-in on the arrival date specified they will be charged a cancellation fee of all nights booked.
• Group Bookings:
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after 18th September 2025. If you make your booking on or after Thursday 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
  • If the group is cancelled between 18th August 2025 and 18th September 2025 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
  • If the group or individual within the group cancels their booking on or after 18th September 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.

• Buffet breakfast is an additional $25.00 per person when booked in advance or $36.00 per person on consumption.
• Check-in time is 3PM. Check-out time is 11AM.

• Individual Bookings:
  • A credit card guarantee for the full stay is required to secure your booking. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge one night’s deposit on or after 18th September 2025. The remaining balance for your accommodation will be charged by the hotel on the 15th October 2025. If you make your booking after 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for one night's deposit immediately.  If you make your booking after Wednesday 15th October 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
  • If you cancel your booking on or after 18th September 2025, or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified you will be charged a cancellation fee of all nights booked.
• Group Bookings:
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more. The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel to charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after 18th September 2025. If you make your booking on or after Thursday 18th September 2025, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately.  
  • If the group is cancelled between 23rd July 2025 and 18th September 2025 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation.
  • If the group or individual within the group cancels their booking on or after 18th September 2025 or fail to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply.
