• A credit card guarantee is taken at the time of booking. The credit card will be charged by the hotel as specified below.

• Individual Bookings
  
  • The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel. The hotel will charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after Friday 08 January 2027.  If you make your booking after Friday 08 January 2027, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
  •  If you cancel your booking on or after Friday 08 January 2027 or fail to check-in on the arrival date you have specified your credit card will be charged for 100% of your booking. 
  • The accommodation rates include 10% service charge and 7% VAT (value added tax) per room, per night.
    
    
• Group Bookings
  • Credit Card details are required to secure group bookings of 8 rooms or more.
  • The credit card details submitted on this booking form will be securely transferred to the hotel. The hotel will charge the full payment for your accommodation on or after Friday 08 January 2027.  If you make your booking after Friday 08 January 2027, your credit card will be charged for your full stay immediately. Any additional costs and incidentals incurred whilst at the hotel are to be paid on check-out.
  • If the group is cancelled between 21 December 2026 and 08 January 2027 the credit card supplied as a guarantee will be charged 20% of the full amount owed for accommodation. If the whole group is cancelled on or after 08 January 2027 or fails to check-in on the arrival date specified a 100% penalty will apply. If an individual within the group cancels their booking on or after 08 January 2027 or they fail to check-in on the arrival date specified the credit card will be charged for 100% of the booking.

• All Bookings
  • Room configurations are subject to availability and will be requested to the hotel but cannot be guaranteed.
  • All guests will be required to provide credit card details for pre-authorisation on check-in. If the guest does not wish to use their credit card then a cash deposit will be required on check-in.
  • All guests are responsible for settling the remaining balance and any additional nights booked while at the hotel and any incidentals incurred upon departure. Please be advised the hotel will apply a surcharge to all credit card payments, payment by cash will not incur a surcharge.
  • Check-in time is 1500. Check-out time is 1200 (noon).
