• All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat at iasp@theconferencecompany.com. 
• Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome; however, details of the substitute delegate must be advised to the Conference Secretariat prior to the commencement of the conference. 
• Cancellations due to the failure of the visa application will not be refunded.
• Cancellations and “no shows” that have not been paid will be liable to pay the full registration fee and any incidentals, including any accommodation bookings in your name. All approved refunds will be processed after the Conference.
  • If the cancellation notice is received prior to October 1st, 2024 – 50% will be retained.
  • If the cancellation notice is received prior to October 25th, 2024 – 100% will be retained.

Your personal data will be automatically anonymised 24 months after the conclusion of this event.

Legal Claim

This agreement is subject to the law of Australia. In the event of any legal claims arising from either party, Australia shall be the sole court of jurisdiction. 

Program

The International Association for Suicide Prevention reserve the right to modify the program, which is published as an indication only. 

Insurance

If you are travelling to the Conference, it is strongly recommended that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover the duration of your visit.
