Making a reservation

Changing your reservation

Cancelling your reservation
If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 4th April 2019 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel. 

Early Access
If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night

The Privacy Act 1993 provides that, before your name and contact details can be published in a list of participants you must give your consent. If you select ‘Yes, I do want my details to be included in the list of participants’ your name and contact details may be distributed to:
            (a) Event delegates, sponsors and exhibitors
            (b) Organisers of future Auckland Tourism, Events & Economic Development (ATEED) events
            (c) Participants who download the event app
